Command line switch for user menus does not work

I know this is a question raised often...but I could not find the answer in any of the threads.

Why does the following parameterisation not work??

“C:\Program Files\Telelogic\DOORS_8.3\bin\doors.exe” -addins d:/Doors/ModuleAddins -projectaddins d:/Doors/ProjectAddins

We tried with backslashes too...

Make sure you have projectaddins.hlp and addins.hlp files in the corresponding directories. Put a directory MyMenu in there and put a file MyMenu.hlp in this directory. Then put the following DXL script in there (make sure you have the comments, name the file script.dxl)

/* and this comment too */   print 
"RTM"
